R.S.Automazioni has been representing for a long time a reliable partner for the production of electrical equipment within the most varied production sectors, especially the textile one.

Over the years, our company has specialised in carrying out customised projects worldwide, aimed at sorting out all problems may arise in the management of production lines and creating software and hardware solutions suitable for this purpose.

This is a run-family company and the team is made up of 13 people among Technicians, Installers, Programmers and Accountants.

Our equipment controls the small machine but also the whole production line, up to supervision and control production’s software.

All the personnel that produces the equipment has been properly trained to be able to work under very high qualitative standards which characterise our products.

All the equipment under construction are constantly monitored by designers in order to check that the production complies with the required standards during the definition period.

All the materials which are used have been purchased from the distribution chain and they belong to the main brands. We do not use sub-brands or customised ones; we only install on our equipment such components coming from commerce and easily available on the world market.

We mainly use Siemens, Rittal, Schneider components, all widespread worldwide products of uncontested quality. According to client’s needs, we can also use products of different brands, provided that there is such a level of quality in order to ensure a high efficiency of our equipment. Great attention should be paid to the management of safety on the machines inspected by our automated control systems. For this purpose, last generation and certified systems are installed and checked by appointed bodies complying with applicable regulations.

The production ranges from the small safety component to Siemens safety PLC according to the complexity of the project. We carry out the whole safety management procedures and they are an integral part of the project and they give to the client a complete diagnostic of the machine through Touch Screen panels that control our equipment.
